Notifications
Choose which email notifications you receive about comments, suggestions, automation runs, and page feedback in your Mintlify dashboard.
Choose which emails Mintlify sends you from the Notifications page of your dashboard. Notification preferences apply to your account only. Each member of your organization manages their own preferences.
Email notification types
Section titled “Email notification types”Turn emails on or off for each event.

| Comments | New comments on a page, replies to threads you follow, @ mentions, thread resolutions, and reactions to your comments. See Collaborate in the editor. |
| Suggestions | New, accepted, and rejected suggestions. |
| Automation runs | Succeeded and failed automation runs. |
| General product feedback | Positive and negative page feedback. |
Comment and suggestion emails are on by default. Reaction, automation run, and feedback emails are off by default.
Organization contacts
Section titled “Organization contacts”Admins can manage organization-wide contact emails on the Organization page of your dashboard.
- Security contact email: Available on Enterprise plans. An email address that receives security-related communications. See Security contact for more information.
- Admin contact emails: One or more email addresses that receive billing alerts, deployment notifications, and other communications about your organization.
